In the first semester of the school year 2021-2022, Professor Maria Graça Canto Moniz was the lecturer of the course “Data Protection and Management Law”, an elective course of the Master’s in Business and Technology Law and the Maste’rs in International and European Law (also available for the students of other Master’s in Law at NOVA, as an optional course).
The course had a total of 42 hours of classes, with lectures from the Professor, presentations and practical exercises. The assessment methods consisted in in-class participation, a research paper and a written examination.
